Trainee Operations Administrator/Co-ordinator, Stourport on Severn
(Full time position Monday to Friday)
Due to expansion, a very highly respected asset management and fraud investigation company are looking for a Trainee Operations Administrator/Co-ordinator.
You will assist our Operations Manager in dealing with day-to-day national facility management and security operations, providing services to the financial and insolvency sector.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Receiving calls from clients & suppliers.
- Quoting clients for company services.
- Liaising with, managing and coordinating company suppliers.
- Setting up projects electronically & a hard copy, as required, and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
- Ensuring the data trail of ALL correspondence, company documentation is saved and communicated with the correct parties i.e., clients, suppliers & internally to colleagues.
- Responding to and resolving any issues arising from site tasks/projects.
- Maintain/manage/update company internal records to include spreadsheets & SAGE.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers both verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
- Negotiating service costs with suppliers.
- Researching services required and applicable legislation re those services.
- All communications with clients and suppliers must be confirmed in writing the same day as the communication.
- Ensuring all relevant documentation/correspondence is electronically filed in project folders.
- Chasing suppliers for task confirmation documentation and sending out reminders for tasks.

You will be educated to A level standard or equivalent and be located within a reasonable commuting distance of our Stourport on Severn offices as after training you will be a key holder.
After training, you will eventually become part of the 'on-call' rota team for 'out of hours' cover which will include being available to take emergency calls some evenings and weekends on a regular basis.
No two days are ever the same and, as such, you must be proactive and able to work under pressure, adhere to deadlines and have a positive team ethos.
As the company offers a reactive/emergency service, there are times when you will be required to work additional/unsociable hours e.g., should a new case arise at short notice.

Pay:
£21,000.00 per year
