We are really proud to be expanding and offering an exciting opportunity to join our booking team.

Calibrate U.K. Ltd is an independent company operating nationwide medical equipment calibration, medical equipment repairs and PAT testing service. We are a rapidly growing team of office based staff, nationwide technicians as well as remote home workers.


We are looking for a new colleague to join our office team and work remotely from home to help us keep up with the customer demand.


Key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a database of customers.
  • Managing a team of engineers schedules.
  • Scheduling new jobs & rebooking existing customer jobs for our UK based technicians.
  • Offering and explaining our services to current and prospective customers.
  • Working with and supporting our office team.
  • Working alongside our booking team, managers and directors.
  • Putting the customers' needs first.
  • Arranging and sending out customer quotes.
  • Handling customer repairs.
Full training will be provided along with ongoing support. This will be both face to face via telephone.


What you'll need to succeed:

  • Able to prioritise tasks and be adaptable to varying workloads.
  • Can work well under pressure.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as an individual.
  • Customer service and or administration background
  • Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Access to broadband internet.
  • A quiet home working environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Desirable attributes:

  • Experience in a similar organisational role.
  • Able to drive and attend our Sheffield office roughly once per month.
  • Experience in dealing with the public.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£9.50-£11.00 per hour
