Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Parts Advisor.

Your role
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group Cheltenham.

You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state-of-the-art facility.

This varied role will see you interacting with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers and ensuring you maximise sales and retention.

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, on an alternating two-week shift pattern with a rota on a Saturday

Your profile

Taking calls and handling customer queries
Serving and advising customers
Raising invoices
Stock checking and replacement
Picking parts for delivery or collection
To maintain updated displays at all times as per requirements.
