Description

Duties:

Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations around East Anglian with Two multidrop runs per day collections from customers enroute to and from the warehouse
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance as needed
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, mileage, and fuel usage
Communicate with customers to coordinate delivery details and address any concerns or issues
We operate on Saturday mornings where there is a rota in place, currently it requires drivers to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Skills:

Warehouse experience desirable, Forklift licence desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans and Rigid trucks
Experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is a plus
