Operations and Customer Service Specialist
Our Client requires a Full Time Permanent Temporary to Permanent Operations & Customer Service Specialist, based in Belfast International Airport.
Salary:
£23,000
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Position Specification:
- Manages all bookings from start to finish for allocated customers.
- Develops relationship with allocated customers.
- Accepts all orders and assumes full responsibility for their successful completion, including origin management, customs clearance and delivery.
- Processes UK customs clearance
- Takes and handles customer inquiries.
- Any other duties as requested by management.
Qualification/Skills/Experience Required
- Maths and English.
- Background in Freight Forwarding.
- Customer Service Focus.
- Attention to detail, results driven.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritise, perform under pressure and work using own initiative.
- Please note own transport is essential due to the location.
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£11.79-£17.68 per hour
