Operations and Customer Service Specialist


Our Client requires a Full Time Permanent Temporary to Permanent Operations & Customer Service Specialist, based in Belfast International Airport.


Salary:
£23,000


Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm


Position Specification:


  • Manages all bookings from start to finish for allocated customers.
  • Develops relationship with allocated customers.
  • Accepts all orders and assumes full responsibility for their successful completion, including origin management, customs clearance and delivery.
  • Processes UK customs clearance
  • Takes and handles customer inquiries.
  • Any other duties as requested by management.

Qualification/Skills/Experience Required

  • Maths and English.
  • Background in Freight Forwarding.
  • Customer Service Focus.
  • Attention to detail, results driven.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritise, perform under pressure and work using own initiative.
  • Please note own transport is essential due to the location.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£11.79-£17.68 per hour
