This is a part time position of 25 hours per week paying £15,000 and is a Hybrid role of both office and home working
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday - Friday. Our office hours are 8:30 - 5:00. The position will have an agreed shift time within these hours.

What you will do:
As a Customer Operations Co-ordinator, you will be expected to build excellent working relationships with all Customer Operations team members, all Programme staff, GP Practices, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the Customer Operations team delivers the required customer service levels.
What you are responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to GP Practices to undertake remote data extracts for our customers.
- Maintain accurate data on internal systems.
- Respond to and administer queries via the Customer Operations Service Desk, within agreed service level agreement targets.
- Contribute to the production of KPI reports.
- Support the department with roll out of software systems and processes.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure best practice is shared and provide support to colleagues when required.
- Undertake any Customer Operations adhoc duties and projects that are required.
- Escalate any issues as and when they arise.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all key stakeholders.

You have experience of:
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- IT literate, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and can demonstrate a good understanding of Excel formulas.
- Complex administrative tasks and duties
