Description

Sales, e-commerce & digital marketing duties:

  • Day to day running, content writing & development of Shopify website
  • Manage and optimise product listings on Shopify & Amazon ecommerce platforms
  • Management of Google Ads, Amazon Ads & Facebook ads ensuring correct ROI & sales volumes
  • Management of social media channels, 3rd party marketing & branding
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and traffic
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics, sales reports, and customer feedback and provide monthly reports to be shared with internal management

Customer service & administration duties:


  • Manage, investigate & resolve customer complaints
  • Use shipping software to create shipments with various couriers
  • Process refunds, create invoices & general administration duties

Experience

  • Experience in managing ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and/or Shopify
  • Experience in web content management and implementation of search & social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Proficient in using ecommerce analytics tools to track performance metrics
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and customer service experience
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks/projects as company grows and evolves
