Job Purpose:

Supporting the business with creating branding for all assets, this includes events, marketing assets, logos, car launches, product, partnership projects, and maintaining the CI guidelines.

This role requires the holder to create a varied and high level of turnover, that must be delivered to exceptional standards via a range of media including CAD, 2D, 3D and motion graphics

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Working as part of a small team to deliver a varied suite of graphical assets to support all business activities.
Creating styling, look and feel and artwork for the following assets; brochures, magazines, websites, social medial, manuals, bulletins, logos, badges, F1 and motorsport, corporate events, car launches, product and packaging.
Maintaining CI guidelines, updating with changes, add new sections.
Expert level user for Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After FX
Video and animation (motion graphics) capabilities
Product design for internal projects and AM Partnership projects
Ability to present appropriately, clearly and concisely to different audiences from colleagues to the Board.
Demonstrate a creative ability, and to maintain a standard that leads the field in graphic design and company CI.
Remain up to speed with emerging technologies and software and how to use them, and how they can be applied to the assets we produce.
Innovative and creative thinking to produce new ideas and concepts that fit the briefs.
Positive, proactive and respectful team player, contributing to the team spirit and working environment to facilitate effective cross functional collaboration, supporting other team members when required.
A motivated, organised and highly creative team player with excellent creative instincts and the ability to communicate them effectively.

Qualification & Experience:

Relevant creative and production graphic design experience
Experience of working in a busy and fast paced deadline driven environment, with several projects running in concurrence.
Working within brand environments and experience with maintaining Brand CI
Logo creation and typography
Portfolio of work demonstrating an artistic even and mastery of design elements, colour, visual hierarchy and composition
Can deliver production ready design work for print and digital media
Degree or relevant industry experience

Highly motivated, organized and works well under pressure
Ability to handle a high level of projects at once and at a fast pace
Excellent communication and presentation skills, articulate and confident to speak with persons of all levels of hierarchy/status
Problem solver and peacekeeper, whilst ensuring CI and brand standards are always maintained
