Job Overview:
You would be responsible for supporting our clients across the products and services provided, reporting to the Client Services Manager, as well as assisting the Client Service Manager with all support and marketing related activities to ensure client satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Ensuring support queries are dealt with in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
- Provide training and demonstrations of our products to clients when required.
- Maintain support systems with technical and nontechnical issues.
- Setup marketing campaigns within our products to the criteria and time frame requested
- Collaborate across the business to improve departments
- Analyse and report product issues and complete internal testing

- Clear and transparent written and verbal communication to assist in communicating across the business and to clients.
- Listen, understand, and respond to clients request with attention to detail and patience.
- Prioritise client queries to maximise efficiency.
- Innovative, creative, and critical thinking under pressure.
- Build positive relationships and provide exceptional customer service to retain clients and expand our client base.
- First line support and/or HTML coding advantageous but not essential.
