As a key member of the People Directorate Senior Management Team the Head of People Services will have responsibility for the delivery of Trust wide recruitment, Occupational Health and Wellbeing and all aspects of operational HR.

Reporting into the Deputy Chief People Officer, they will work collaboratively with the Head of Workforce Planning, Quality and Projects and the Head of Culture, Leadership and Development to ensure the service we offer to our colleagues is integrated, right first time and able to deliver the best possible outcomes.
