Anderson Knight are working with a client based in Glasgow to recruit a full time, permanent Recruitment Resourcer.

In this newly created position, you will form part of a their established recruitment team to transform their recruitment strategy and promote their brand to wider networks.


Our client is looking for an experienced, eager to learn, proactive and resilient individual, who will add value to their organisation, you will be responsible for the following tasks.


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the People team for smooth handovers during interviews and contract production.

Operational Recruitment:

  • Work with key stakeholders and group heads to determine resource requirements and support the resourcing partner in implementing recruitment strategies.

Resourcing Projects:

  • Lead the implementation of resourcing projects in collaboration with the Resourcing Manager, ensuring objectives are met within specified timeframes.

Recruitment Training:

  • Deliver training with the Inclusion & Diversity team to enhance manager skills in recruitment best practices as part of key projects
Early Careers

  • Assist the Graduate Engagement Manager in volume graduate recruitment.
  • Coordinate and attend early careers events, including campus events and the firm's Inclusion & Diversity programs.

ATS Promotion:

  • Support the Resourcing Manager in promoting the use of the ATS for a consistent recruitment experience.
  • Manage recruitmentrelated content within the ATS
Brand Promotion

  • Attend external events to stay updated on industry trends, increase market presence, and promote the brand as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to showcase the brand through digital channels and social media.
  • Atleast 2 years experience in a resourcing position (agency or inhouse)
  • Experience utilising different recruitment methods
  • Proactive & flexible approach to work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages

Salary:
£28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
