Description

Our client is a Social Housing Contractor looking to expand their team, this is a
full-time position with the prospect for long-term growth in the business.

You will be based in the office in West London.

Key duties include:

Be responsible for Works Scheduling / Planning, monitoring workforce and subcontractors to ensure that they comply with relevant specifications whilst delivering on or before works order target dates.
All administrative work, dealing with invoicing issues and certifications when required
Liaison with the client and tenants, dealing with complaints
To ensure all works orders received are scheduled immediately upon receipt and thereafter completed within target timescales leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
Monitor the systems for any emergencies and ensure records are kept up to date

To qualify for this role, you must have a strong repairs background.

Hours:

8:00-17:00
