We have an amazing opportunity to join our expanding Business Transformation team, working hand in hand with Heads of Programme, Head of Portfolio, various key stakeholders across company and reporting directly into the Director or Business Transformation.

As a Head of Programme Integration you will be responsible for taking our strategy and translating this into programmes of work to transform & grow our business to deliver a better proposition and experience for our customers, enabling us to compete sustainably and more profitably over time.

You will be at the heart of helping the CTO & Operating Board shape and deliver our 3- to 5-year Transformation agenda and responsible for ensuring the delivery of key outcomes that contribute to the success of the strategy.

Providing oversight, connectivity, and value-add reporting, you will ensure the programme remains on track, accelerating decision making and approvals to achieve the right outcomes and galvanise others behind change, championing a Transformation mindset.

What you Need to Know & Show:

Be able to create & own the overall programme plan at a milestone level to gain clear visibility of activities, tracking of key outcomes, benefits & milestones that matter.
Holding workstream leads to account to ensure the programme remains on track, accelerating decision making and approvals to achieve the right outcomes on time.
Leading by example, championing a transformation mindset and collaborative ways of working that are truly crossfunctional and connected.
Drive clarity and simplicity from positions of ambiguity by framing the right questions.
Owning the endtoend storytelling, inspiring change up to and including DD & Ops Board level, working closely with the Portfolio team to help tell the overall Transformation story.
Supporting and challenging the programme teams to ensure successful delivery of our strategic ambitions.
A growth mindset
Versed in change and project methodologies (e

g:
Prince II, Lean, Agile).

Successful experience of programme management (establishing of programme through business case approval and implementation) of transformation and operational change projects and programmes.
