Ensuring each property is compliant before a new tenant moves in
Preparing "move in" packs for new tenants.
Moving tenants in and out of properties.
Booking in inventories for landlords in accordance with new tenants and who are leaving.
Being the first point of contact for maintenance queries and tenants
Booking in maintenance visits.
Management of the keys for all properties.
Renewal and distribution of tenancy agreements.
Conducting property inspections.
Management and coordination of gas and electrical (EICR) certificates.
Completing deposit returns (DPS) once tenant has left property.
Chasing arrears for rent that has not been paid.
Ensuring tenants receive 24 hours' notice before inspection/maintenance visits.
Undertaking any reasonable duties that may be requested from time to time for the effective operation of the lettings department.
