Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for clients
  • Taking details of the project, asking relevant questions and making creative suggestions to create the best possible outcome from the client
  • Liaising with internal departments to brief on what I needed and instruct timescales
  • Proof reading and quality checking work on behalf of the client
  • Work across multiple projects and clients and working to tight deadlines
  • Arranging billing and forecasting for the business
  • Growing existing clients
  • Being part of pitches for new businesses when needed
  • Going to visit clients to discuss projects and give creative input

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment


  • Desirable

  • Experience working within the marketing sector to be able to advise on works
