Senior Receptionist


Salary:
Dependent on experience


Hours:32 hours up to full time

West Road Medical Centre is a vibrant, friendly GP Practice in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

We have been rated outstanding twice by the care quality commission and our mission is to provide the highest patient care possible.

We are exceptionally proud of our team and we have some vacancies to fill due to staff retirements.

We are looking for staff with experience of medical administration or admin to join our friendly team. Ideally we would like someone who has background knowledge in this area.


Core skills we are looking for include reception duties, medical secretarial skills, coding, scanning, processing results, processing medical reports and liaising with patients.

Applications are welcome from those with some but not all of these skills Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential however applicants must demonstrate good knowledge of medical IT systems.

Applicants should be comfortable dealing with front of house duties and other admin duties, and be willing to be part of the wider team.
