Senior Systems Accountant - Group Reporting

UK based remote working / occasional meetings in London

£60-75,000

I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with a FTSE250 business in the recruitment of a new position for a Senior Systems Accountant - Group Reporting.

A newly created role, the Senior Systems Accountant - Group Reporting will focus upon improving efficiency and the standardisation of group reporting and financial master data.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems this role will be responsible for:

Maintenance of master data in SAP BPC in line with the group wide agreed finance policies, processes and procedures.
Support Group Finance with reporting and planning cycles liaising as appropriate with the technical support teams and thirdparty suppliers to resolve issues.
Testing and implementation of enhancements to improve and streamlining the monthly reporting process.
Developing and maintaining support guides for business users liaising as appropriate with wider Finance community.
Identification and delivery of continuous improvement opportunities, including working closely with external consultants where applicable.
Ensuring that group wide governance is adhered to in maintaining the integrity of the Enterprise Structure and use of the Group Chart of Accounts.

About you:

We are seeking someone with experience in a similar SAP Systems Accounting role who offers strong knowledge of SAP BPC functionality or has SAP skills and has worked within group reporting / consolidations.
