Senior Sales Executive/ Location:
London / UK Salary: £100K-£150K base (Double OTE + Benefits)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Executive who is eager to work for a global leader in Intelligent Document Processing.

Initially, who use proprietary Artificial Intelligence technology to unlock, classify and digitize the vitaldata in the full range of business documents.


Responsibilities:


  • The ideal person would be with 5 10 years of experience with strong relationships, Enterprise of midmarket teams acceptable.
  • Setting aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and bring together all efforts to achieve success.
  • Work closely with executive management to create and execute sales strategy across teams and maximize effectiveness
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations.
  • Have a clear and granular grasp of sales performance at all times & continuously define and adjust to achieve milestones and longterm sales objectives
  • Review forecasts and individual/team seller metrics with your leadership team, ensuring targets are met and redirecting as needed
  • Performance management of sales leaders and sales representatives
  • Manage KPI's to achieve sales objectives and accelerate growth
  • Develop key sales strategies including sales forecasts, sales team planning, and overall department budgets
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting sales on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Maintain thriving, meaningful business relationships with our existing client base and foster relationships with prospects

Competencies:


  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience required, within similar industry is preferred
  • Must demonstrate a highly successful track record
  • Selfmotivated and flexible, ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Be an expert relationship builder and people person capable of influencing outcomes
  • Robust leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to motivate and inspire others
  • Familiar and previous experience with Technologies such as OCR and IDP.
