We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven On-Site Recruitment Account Coordinator for our client based in Barnsley.

As an On-Site Account coordinator, you will be responsible for the temporary workforce's management in the warehouse and driving sectors working with a fantastic account manager to guide you along the way.

Day to day duties:

To place temporary staff onto the payroll system
To maintain high levels of communication with client and temporary workers
Checking in of all shifts and shift workers taking a register of nonattendees or late arrivals
Managing holiday requests in line with business needs
Liaise with third party contractors to gain an understanding of ongoing business needs
Active participation in weekly team briefings, team talks/discussions
Respond to customer enquiries or complaints within agreed timeframes and in the most appropriate medium
Liaise with the Site Manager and the other shift consultants to establish a good understanding of the site operation and KPI management

What we are looking for:

Ideally you have previous onsite recruitment experience
Or transport planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Good customer service skills
Driven and motivated
Good understanding of the importance of target/goals achievement

Working hours:
The site will operate 24/7. Your hours will be Monday to Friday 3pm - 11pm But flexibility will be required during peak times
