1 Oak Leisure Ireland Ltd are a leading Hospitality Group operating in Mid Ulster. Venues include TIME Bar & Venue, The Jailbird Garden Bar, The Cherry Tree Bar & Apartments and Clubland.

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and dedicated ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT to join our Team, who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and understands the importance of concise, accurate data.

You'll be passionate about improving processes, whilst providing in-depth data analysis.


Scope Of Work:

• Key point of contact between the finance and sales teams responsible for recording sales and cash reconciliations.
• Completing daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage purchase and sales ledgers using SAGE LINE 50 to ensure timely supplier payments and smooth operations.
• Preparing and entering journals into the Sage Line 50 system
• Assist with the preparation of management accounts and monthend duties
• Update internal databases and spreadsheets.
• Support payroll duties were applicable.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrate problemsolving skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Criteria

• Previous Payroll experience would be an advantage.
