Our clientis a well established successful
Central London based
Creative Agency now looking for a
part time Finance Managerwith excellent communication skills to support the Finance Director in managing the day-to-day transactional side of the business.

The business has revenues of £3M with 25-30 members of staff. You will get the opportunity to work within a lively, creativeand fun environment ideally Tuesday - Thursday.


Part time Finance Manager responsibilities include:

  • Raising and processing supplier invoices ensuring all supplier invoices are allocated correctly and resolve any queries
  • Reconcile the client statements
  • Management of cashflow forecast
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing and reconciliation of company debit and credit cards
  • Managing the aged debtors/creditors ledger and ensuring all transactions are correctly allocated
  • Accurately post the Purchase invoices reconciling supplier statements
  • Oversee the WIP and Job costing
  • Vat return
  • Posting Payroll Journals
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Liaising with nonfinance teams
  • Accruals and Prepayments and support on other month end duties
  • Assisting the FD/MD with ad hoc support

In the longer term there will be additional responsibilities including:

  • Paprika implementation
  • Estimates
  • Project financials
  • Timesheets

Part time Finance Manager attributes required:

  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Previous experience working in a creative/branding/design agency an advantage
  • Excellent Excel skills (sumifs, vlookups and pivot tables)
  • Selfstarter with a cando attitude
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Works well in a high pressure environment
  • Team player
  • Paprika knowledge advantageous
