Join us and you will support our London-based Director of Global Investment, who leads a team of over 100 professionals across the world.

This role offers variety, autonomy and flexibility in one of the most exciting and international parts of our operations.


The role:

You will support the Director efficiently and professionally at every turn.

Your day-to-day work will include managing the Director's inbox and diary and following up on actions from meetings, as well as looking after the needs of stakeholders.

You'll work across all the Director's administration needs, which will vary from day to day and project to project.


Your responsibilities will include:
- managing the Director's inbox and diary
- prioritising actions and meetings
- planning and coordinating travel arrangements and supporting the smooth running and effectiveness of business meetings
- acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders
- using your judgement to resolve queries, or directing people to colleagues who can help.


Who we're looking for:

It's likely you have three to five years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.

You're confident making decisions about work commitments on behalf of the person you support and can prove your first-class administrative experience and keen eye for detail.

You'll be used to a demanding and varied workload and working with a senior team. You know how to prioritise and organise tasks, knowing when to be highly structured and when to be flexible.


You'll have great written and verbal communication skills and be self-assured in your approach to dealing with people at all levels.

Highly professional, your enthusiasm, energy and desire to do a great job will help you succeed.
