Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, seeks a talented and motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic and fully remote team.


What you will do...

  • Be the friendly voice at the other end of the line for their customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer incidents and setting realistic expectations of resolutions with customers
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions
  • Maintain the toptier standard of support provided to clients as well as internal employees

What you need...

  • 2 years' minimum experience in support/BAU roles
  • Proficiency in using Office 36
  • Proficiency in using Active Directory,
  • Proficiency in usingAzure
  • Proficiency in using Anti-Virus products
  • A cando attitude and eagerness to learn

It would be a bonus if you had...

  • Experience working with Veeam
  • Experience working with Citrix
  • Scripting knowledge (e.g. PowerShell)
