Our client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, seeks a talented and motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic and fully remote team.
What you will do...
- Be the friendly voice at the other end of the line for their customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer incidents and setting realistic expectations of resolutions with customers
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement solutions
- Maintain the toptier standard of support provided to clients as well as internal employees
What you need...
- 2 years' minimum experience in support/BAU roles
- Proficiency in using Office 36
- Proficiency in using Active Directory,
- Proficiency in usingAzure
- Proficiency in using Anti-Virus products
- A cando attitude and eagerness to learn
It would be a bonus if you had...
- Experience working with Veeam
- Experience working with Citrix
- Scripting knowledge (e.g. PowerShell)
