Second Chef / Sous Chef
PAY RATE £17.20 per hour

Location:
Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22

Hours of work:
Various start times day and evening

Dates of available:
To start asap

Temporary:
Part-time - various dates and shift times available

Rate of pay:
£17.20

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS is essential for this role
Good communication skills
Attention to detail

Second Chef / Sous Chef Responsibilities include:

Food Preparation in all sections, assistance with menu planning, costing and food ordering.
Oversee that sufficient quantities are being prepared on schedule.
Ensure that food is served on time, correctly portioned and garnished.
Assistance in stocktaking, management of kitchen staff, supervision of food service counter.
Assist with management of kitchen hygiene and correct food storage.

Second Chef / Sous Chef requirements and qualifications:

2+ Years of Relevant Experience Needed
Uniform: Kitchen/Chef whites
Basic Food Hygiene
706/1, 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
Awareness of COSHH
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
We're looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
You must be able to provide various documents for identity checks if you do not already hold a valid Enhanced DBS
