Second Chef / Sous Chef
PAY RATE £17.20 per hour

Location:
Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22

Hours of work:
Various start times day and evening

Dates of available:
To start asap

Temporary:
Part-time - various dates and shift times available

Rate of pay:
£17.20


Requirements:


  • Enhanced DBS is essential for this role
  • Good communication skills

Second Chef / Sous Chef Responsibilities include:

  • Food Preparation in all sections, assistance with menu planning, costing and food ordering.
  • Oversee that sufficient quantities are being prepared on schedule.
  • Ensure that food is served on time, correctly portioned and garnished.
  • Assistance in stocktaking, management of kitchen staff, supervision of food service counter.
  • Assist with management of kitchen hygiene and correct food storage.

Second Chef / Sous Chef requirements and qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Relevant Experience Needed
  • Uniform: Kitchen/Chef whites
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • 706/1, 706/2 or NVQ equivalent
  • Awareness of COSHH
  • We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
  • We're looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
  • You must be able to provide various documents for identity checks if you do not already hold a valid Enhanced DBS
