About You:


  • Experience of coaching to improve performance
  • Experience of working in customer facing role
  • Strong background in Mental Health and Wellbeing training products
  • Able to present at corporate level to promote the mental health products
  • Be able to work irregular hours including out of normal office hours, weekends and evenings as required and travel nationally as required
  • Excellent presentation skills using diverse methods of delivery

About the Role:


  • Develop and own a continuous program of CPD for all Mental Health trainers across SJA
  • Lead and support on the selection and upskilling of trainers across all functions
  • Work in partnership with Head of Mental Health Education to further the reach of mental health across all SJA partners
  • Manage (with appropriate support) Quality Assurance of team, including the preparation of documentation for External Verifier visits, managing complaints, and maintaining an audit trail of key decisions and actions
  • Act as Business Partner to sales and marketing teams across SJA to support on product knowledge and complex business needs
