The
Specialist Employability Support Worker will tailor 1-2-1 employability support to help young people better prepare for the uptake of training and employment opportunities.

To improve diversity and tackle poverty through education, removing barriers to education and improving female access to education.

The aim is to support around 100 care leavers and homeless young people living in CCP's supported accommodation in
Gloucestershire per annum through an employability and social inclusion programme.

The Specialist Employability Support Worker will be experienced and specialist to enable young people to be better prepared.

The role will include comprehensive needs and risk assessments, personal action planning and development, training, strengths-based skills, mentoring, work experience opportunities, referrals to other relevant agencies, tracking of personal milestones and outcomes.
