Working within our Kids Around Outlet store in Bicester Village you will be working as part of a team to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.
Details of the role:

Full Time Store Supervisor _
- _
5hrs per week _
- _
5 days over 7 including weekends _
A history of Store Management experience at supervisor level as well as proven experience with high end customer service essential.
Responsibilities include:
- _Support of store management on a day to day basis_
- _Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service_
- _Maintaining the upkeep of the store with regards to health & safety / regulation paperwork_
- _Management & motivation of a retail team_
- _Staff recruitment & development_
- _Driving sales to target_
- _Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI's_
- _Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions_
- _Managing stockloss and completing inventories_
- _Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping_
- _Receipt of deliveries_
Skills & Requirements:
