We're growing our team and this is a new post to help us achieve our plans for the coming years.

We are offering a full-time, permanent role as a
Recruitment Consultant working with our charity clients. We'll consider part-time hours or a job share.

We're flexible for people who can show their values align, people who are tenaciousand demonstrate a hunger to achieve success.

We'll give you all the tools, training and support you need to be successful in this role and you just need to have the following:

Sales, commercial or fundraising experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Ambition
Drive and determination
Integrity and desire to do right by others

We're a friendly team who celebrates success and learn from our mistakes, working together as one team with one goal.

As such we don't have crazy commission structures for consultants that disregard the rest of the teams hard work. We set base salaries aboveindustry standards, and we work to achievable targets with a fair team bonus.

Quarterly team bonus
