A well established and reputable manufacturing company are looking to employ a SAP Data Processor / Order Input for an initial 1 year fixed term contract.

The business is based close to Manchester Airport and the salary would be equivalent to GBP23,000pa.

This role is immediately available and offers working from home 50% once trained should you wish to take the hybrid option.

The Role

The main purpose of the role will be to process customer & sample orders into SAP and to maintain customer delivery schedules in SAP according to Supply Chain planning.

Duties will include:

Using a wellestablished process, maintain sales orders delivery dates in SAP according to material allocation planning
Liaise with Customer Service team for any necessary amendments to sales orders.
Liaise with Material Allocation Coordinators when necessary.
Ensuring sales orders are setup to allow transportation planning in due course.
Input of Customer Orders into SAP as per the standard Process Procedure
Enter Complaints in SAP as per the Standard Process Procedure
Enter Agreed Pricing into SAP as per the Standard Process Procedure
Other Ad hoc administrative duties

Essential Skills and Experience

Polite and professional Manner
Experience of working with MS Office & SAP.
Order processing and customer service experience.
SAP experience is preferred
Must be able to work well in a team
Highly accurate when processing data
Able to follow established processes

GBP12.12ph

Working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm with one hour lunch and a 4pm finish on a Friday
Initially office based for training with the option of work from home up to 50% of the time thereafter.
