CRM Implementer/ Trainer


Salary:
c. £35k (Dependant on Skills and Experience) plus £1k loyalty payment on completion of contract


Location:
Stoneleigh, Warwickshire


Working Hours:35 hours per week

One-year fixed term contract

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:
As CRM Implementer/ Trainer, you'll be an integral part of our CRM project team.


The role has three parts:

  • Assisting in system testing, validation and configuration of the solution
  • Developing and delivering multiformat materials and training utilising elearning and LMS solutions
  • Supporting roll out and adoption across the business.

What you'll bring:


You'll have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering training programmes, along with experience of utilising E-learning packages (ideally Articulate), and a solid knowledge of training methodologies and practices.

Your knowledge and experience of the Microsoft 365 Office suite will be evident, and you'll have can do attitude to problem solving, relishing the challenge of seeing things through to completion.

You will be comfortable and experienced in delivering multiformat training on IT systems to individuals and groups both in person and remotely.

A positive 'can do' attitude and willingness to immerse yourself in delivering a complex project is a must. Further details can be found in the attached Role Profile.
