_A Few Things About You:
_

Strong organisational and administrative skills
IT literate
Previous experience of working in an engineering/manufacturing office environment would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail skills

_Duties will include:
_
- _Dealing with on-site engineers, liaising with them regarding planning workload _
- _Processing maintenance queries from production areas within the business, ensuring recorded efficiently_
- _Administration of the site computerised PPM system _
- _Order parts and stock on the company's purchasing system_
- _Liaising with the purchasing department _
- _Providing administrative support to the engineering team _
