IT Support Engineer

Salary:
£30K DOE

This Technical Support opportunity is a diverse role where no day is the same You will be consistently supporting technologies such as Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and Azure.

However you will have a chance to diversify your days workingon projects so it's not all BAU

Role Responsibility's
**Ensure assigned tickets are responded to, diagnosed, and resolved swiftly
**Partake in project work as required, updating to the latest technologies
**Conducts software installations and support, including upgrades, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting as required
**Supporting users and troubleshooting issues with a range of industry standard systems
