Description

An amazing opportunity has arisen with Swan Family, for a Family Visitation Supervisor to work in Coventry. This will be within our Children and Family Contact Centre and out and about in the community.
You will be working Monday to Friday 3.00pm - 6.00pm and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Transport and escort children and young people.
To undertake and observe supervised contact for children and their families.
Risk managing and intervening as necessary to safeguard children.
You will have good report writing skills to factually describe observations within the contact session within the agreed time scale.
To attend and participate in planning meetings or reviews, as required.
Ability to prioritise safeguarding and be able to identify and respond to levels of risk
To attend supervision and training courses in relation to the tasks, as required.
Calm and approachable nature
Great attention to detail with regards to report writing
Able to deal with challenging situations/resolve conflicts
Have a good understanding of safeguarding measures
