We are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator or Pensions Consultant with significant experience in SIPP and SSAS to join our vibrant and growing team in our Salford Office.

The role:

As a Senior Pensions Administrator SIPP/SSAS with XPS you will be client facing and

  • Provide an excellent customer service and keep our clients at the heart of everything we do.
  • Process pension contributions.
  • Transfer benefits and / or the administration and trusteeships to/ from another provider.
  • Close/ wind
- up a pension accounts or schemes.

  • Deal with setting up new loans, property purchases, sales and leases.
  • Provide reports and information to HRMS and FCA.
  • Fee Management.
  • Ensure all compliance and processes are followed at all times.
  • Client Management.
  • Project work.

Your profile:


We are looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator with extensive experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth.

This role requires

  • Experience administering SSAS or SIPP schemes.
  • Excellent communication skills, passion about SIPP/SSAS with real drive and enthusiasm,
  • An organised methodical and logical approach to Portfolio Management.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Be passionate about developing the team to be the best they can be, unlocking the potential of others.
  • SIPP and SSAS experience is essential.
