Job Role
You will be answering telephone calls
Providing quality customer service is essential
Keeping the customer informed at all times
Inputting data on our systems
Computer skills Microsoft Excel & word
To be able to work well in a team and individually
Good attendance together with punctuality.
Working hours - Shared shift rota (3.5 on and 3.5 off) with overtime opportunities/various
Salary - Good rates of pay dependent on experience
Job type - Full time
