About The Role:

Part of the Consulting Leadership team, you'll hold individual and, alongside fellow

Managing Partners, share collective accountability for:

  • the success of our client services team: bringing the team together and creating the conditions to achieve client impact through our projects, relationships and accounts
- leading a portfolio of work, propositions and client relationships; working closely with marketing, communications and events to build and enhance our presence and profile in existing and target spaces
- the achievement of our revenue target and growth expectations in line with our business plan
- ensuring we're winning new business with compelling offers which are commercially and operationally sustainable, and in line with our mission, purpose and the strategies capability
- working closely alongside your colleagues in Consulting Leadership team to ensure a healthy and vibrant pipeline of work, which informs, and is reflective of, their respective capability strategies, plans and capacity.


Whilst you'll co-lead Clients Services and lead your particular portfolio, you may often play a hands-on role around projects, accounts, and business development.

Like Partners and Senior Partners, you may play a range of projects around a project (Sponsor, SME, Account Manager or Project Director).


You'll hold specific accountability for ensuring and assuring the quality of our bids/tenders and the viability of both the approach, teaming model and commercial model: to improve our win ratios and meet our quarterly forecast win expectations.


You'll be an ambassador for TPX in the policy, specialism, proposition and/or sector(s) that make up the portfolio you hold.

You'll set the vision and strategy for the portfolio you hold by providing shape, direction and leadership and distilling our offer and value


proposition in that space such that our colleagues, partners and clients understand how they can engage and collaborate for success.


This is more than a 'sales job', but delivering and achieving continued growth is a central part of the role.

We do this through building relationships, being alert to changing needs of our clients and delivery context, working with colleagues to develop and refine our offer and proposition, and working with and through project and delivery teams to achieve impact and outcomes that further strengthens and extends those relationships.


You'll hold an explicit 'number' specific to your portfolio, but we recognise market opportunity fluctuates, so your inclusive leadership and proactive contribution to the whole divisional target are paramount.

You'll take responsibility for quality, learning, delivery, client and stakeholder satisfaction, and

commercial success in equilibrium, for the health of our projects, team-mates and clients.


You'll articulate and hold a vision of a compelling development strategy for your portfolio, such that clients, colleagues and teams are inspired to be part of that journey for achieving impact in a space.

And you'll create and hold the space where our account teams, project leads and delivery teams can devise and implement ambitious strategies for success; develop and prosper regarding their progression and development, and work creatively around client needs.


About You:


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE


You'll have a strong track record of successfully leading teams/businesses/departments, portfolios and/or accounts in a senior and/or executive capacity, holding significant levels of scale, accountability and complexity.


TARGETS

Utilisation 20% You'll increase/optimise commercial performance by

showing value to clients through your involvement and

leadership


[TBC] Accountable for the collective achievement of utilisation targets across the client services team (specific to a portfolio and in respect of the collective portfolios)

Sales £6m - This is an individually held target.

£10m Ultimately accountable for ensuring we deliver the agreed revenue targets for your respective portfolio
