Description
We require a customer service representative to manage queries from web customers who have purchased items from us.Main duties include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both inperson and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in basic retail math calculations
