The University of Central Lancashire is seeking to appoint an Assistant Coordinator to work within their busy Inclusive Support team.


You will be required to contribute to developing and maintaining effective and efficient administrative systems supporting internal and external disability-related support services.


Duties will range from, coordinating support for a caseload of students to assisting with broader coordination and delivery of UCLan's internal and external non-medical helper service.


Joining our friendly and welcoming team, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with staff and students and other agencies in person, in writing and on the telephone.


Educated to Degree or Higher Diploma standard, applicants will have significant recent administrative experience in a busy office environment is required alongside experience of organising, inputting and extracting data from a complex computerised student records system.


An awareness of confidentiality and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines is crucial for this role.
