We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Aftersales Administrator to join our team based at TPS Branch in Tunbridge Wells.


As part of your role, you will ensure all monies received (cash, cheques, cards etc.) are processed promptly and securely and managed in accordance with company policy and procedures, post all cash payments and credits in the cash journal in the agreed timescalesand ensure that all outstanding cash debt is followed up and managed in line with TPS procedures.

You will also be managing and responsible for filing and organisation of systems, produce reports, provide administration support to the team and support anypromotional marketing activity.


  • This role is being offered on a part time permanent basis and working Monday to Friday 9.30am 2.30pm however this can be flexible and spoken about at interview stage._
