UX Designer - Manchester - £40,000-£45,000 - Hybrid/Remote
Applause IT are looking for a UX Designer to join a market leading company in the physical security industry.

The company are a sustainable market leading organization in the Physical security industry.

This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to transform the User experience of our customers and the delivery of our roadmap.


As a Designer you'd be given the opportunity to work within one of the cross-functional teams made mainly of App Developers, Software Developers, Firmware Engineers and Product people.

As a Scrum Master you will be engaging with the teams to monitor thedelivery of sprints.


Skills

  • Good experience of working as a Product/UX designer
  • Strong experience of collaborating within a team, understanding how to thrive in a crossfunctional environment.
  • Equally comfortable designing elegant interactions and interfaces, whilst keeping an eye on the overall user experience.
  • Very comfortable talking to users.
  • Experience using Scrum in an Agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to define and run ceremonials
  • Experience of adapting Scrum to meet business needs
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring people in an agile/scrum way of working
