Our clients, well-respected Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in Ilford. They are looking for a self-driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in an Estate Agency.

Working days as a Sales Manager:

Full Time

In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:

Up to £25,000 Basic
Realistic OTE £45,000
Company Car/Allowance

Ongoing training/Support

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve the following:

Manage the day-to-day salespeople and processes and deputise for the Branch Manager
Running morning, weekly and monthly meetings
Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
Having a good knowledge of your local market develops a reputation as an expert in your field
Work closely with your team
Help train and mentor new members of staff

To be considered for the role of Sales Manager, you must have the following:

Fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
Drive and determination
Genuine Interest in helping customers find their dream home
Great work ethic
Full UK driving license
Great customer service skills
