Marketing & Communications Officer - London, United Kingdom - The Audio Programmer

Description

With full responsibility for all marketing, communications and customer support activities in the UK, this is a varied and challenging role suited to someone confident working with stakeholders and able to act as representative to the wider EMEA marketing team.

You'll need previous experience working with AV, audio, music, video or media hardware and a good technical understanding of live and broadcast settings.

• Responsible for marketing, communications and customer engagement activity for the UK and another European region
• Working with sales teams on strategy, advertising and events
• Act as the face of the company for social media, PR and press
• Building and managing relationships with relevant agencies, events and industry network
• Producing social media content for new and existing customers
• Organising presence for trade shows and events
• Managing marketing data and web analytics
• Representing the UK organisation as part of the EMEA marketing team

• Previous experience in a marketing role within audio, music tech, video, media, AV or broadcasting electronics / hardware
• Able to manage marketing, internal communications and customer engagement activity
• Can manage relationships with stakeholders, advertising agencies and media
• Good understanding of social media / web data and analytics
• Confident working with sales teams to develop campaigns and strategies
• Experience managing and organising marketing for trade shows and events
