Premier Community is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and professional Community Care Co-Ordinator to help manage the day to day running of our Community Care Delivery

We are looking for an experienced manager to join our existing structure.

Our Care Coordinators are experts at this.

If you have experience of managing people, leading a team, and succeeding in meeting goals, then you too could change lives whilst thriving in our community.


  • Plan and complete weekly rotas for all employees in your branch. Focusing on logistics, efficiency and staff moral to ensure the best rota's are built.
  • Work closely alongside your Registered Manager to ensure all service users requests are met where possible
  • Work closely with other Team Managers to ensure business needs are met in a consistent manner. Treating all people with Respect.
  • Support to cover all visits on rota as live issues happen. Communicating clearly with staff to help manage wellbeing and ensure Service Users and Staff remain safe under our care.
  • Monitor and respond in an efficient and responsive fashion to different communication channels.
  • Manage a team of staff inline with company policy. Helping to ensure staff are cared for and looked after. This could include disciplinary meetings, inductions, probation meetings and other forms of HR.
  • Induct and support new team members to integrate into your teams and enjoy a great culture to provide Care
