Service Improvement:

This is a fantastic career development opportunity which will give you a real insight into our work through exposure to different parts of GCH.

You'll support the delivery of great service across the business, majoring on areas which impact on our customers. You'll gain an in-depth understanding of our customer journey.

Reporting to the Governance Manager, you'll support a wide range of Governance and Board development activities, and also provide professional administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.

You'll undertake 4 x 3-month placements in operational teams in Year 1, and in Year 2 you will lead an agreed service improvement project.

You'll be involved in challenging and inspiring development events, be supported by a mentor and work towards a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification. You'll build a strong professional network, working with GEMs from around the UK, Ireland and The Netherlands.
