Our client is an established consultancy that specialises in the marketing industry. They are looking for an innovative and passionate Operations Coordinator to join their team in London. This is an amazing opportunity to expand your experience in a creative corporate background.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you will run the general operations of the office alongside providing support to the HR and Operations Teams.
- Oversee general office operations
- Provide support to the HR and Ops Teams
- Assemble and distribute the agendas for townhalls
- Work to improve efficiency across the business
- Booking travel, meetings, and restaurant reservations
- Create regular reports and trackers
- Manage relationships with external and internal vendors
WHO YOU ARE
Our client is looking for an individual who is eager to take on a wide range of duties and responsibilities.
This role would be best suited to someone who is naturally organised, takes initiative, and is comfortable seeing a project through from start to finish.
- 4 years of experience in an operations role
- Experience in a creative environment is a bonus
- Impeccable written and oral communication
- Eager to learn and broaden your skillset
- An effective team player
