A great opportunity has arisen to join a well established Estate Agency who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Negotiator to add to their busy Commercial Property Department in South Woodford.


Job description:

  • Engaging with new & past clients from our established database.
  • With the support of a backoffice network, book & conduct external rental appraisals & viewings.
  • Weekly/Monthly rental / sales targets.
  • Updating multiuser software database.

Skills and attributes required:

  • Past Commercial Sales & Lettings Experience
  • Essential
  • Driving licence & use of a car.
  • Clear, personable and professional telephone manner.
  • Exceptional time keeping and attendance.
  • Selfmotivated with a cando attitude.
  • Motivated and Target driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills: OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL.

Hours:
Monday to Friday


Basic Salary:
£22,500 - £30,000 pa + Car Allowance & Commission
OTE £45,000/£50,000 pa
