We're looking for a dynamic and flexible individual with great interpersonal skills to join our team.
As Clinic Co-ordinator for Maternity Ante Natal, you will be the first point of contact for patients attending their hospital appointments, booking appointments and ensuring that all referrals are handled appropriately.
You should be a team-player, a quick learner, able to manage your own workload and have a great telephone manner.
Although training will be given you will need IT experience to enable you to access the Trust programmes.
Hours available for this role are 30hrs per week - Covering 4 days 8:30-16:30

Preference will be given in the first instance to existing NHS employees within the East Midlands healthcare community who are 'at risk' of redundancy.
To be responsible and accountable for Ante-Natal (Maternity), scanning clinics, and for the provision of case notes. Administration of outpatient visits from Midwife referral to discharge. To ensure accurate and timely data quality through effective use of the HISS, Patientcentre and E3 systems. To work as part of the team, be totally responsible for the appointments, preparation and smooth administration of all aspects of their designated clinics and to provide a high quality service to both clinicians and patients

To deal with, in an efficient and professional manner any telephone enquiries from patients and clinical staff.
To be responsible for the reduction or cancellation of outpatient clinics, liaising with medical staff in accordance with departmental guidelines.
To cover other clinic coordinators duties for annual leave and sickness.
