Manage the helpline for the TLHC programmeTo advise patients/ public on the programme and resolve any queries
To escalate any medical queries to the TLHC medical team and to communicate the response back to the patient/ public
To contact invited patients who have not attended an appointment for feedback
To actively contact patients to increase uptake into the programme
To book appointments for participants
To remain courteous, professional and understanding in dealing with all queries which are received via the helpline
To undertake any audit as deem appropriate as the project continues
Assess all enquiries deal with effectively, and respond appropriately
Attend meetings held by the TLHC steering group as appropriate as well as engage and work with external stakeholders to provide feedback for future models
To undertake data capture for patient uptake working with external stakeholders IPSOS
Communicate with staff, managers and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, therefore maintaining effective communication on behalf of the TLHC programme team
Commitment to continued professional development including continued customer services training
