About the Role:

Accounts Receivable Assistant
Oldmeldrum, Aberdeen
Permanent position

The Company:

James Fisher Decommissioning is your trusted global partner and service provider for the decommissioning of offshore assets, specialising in the removal of subsea infrastructure, structure and jacket removal, well severance and subsea well abandonment.

We deliver full decommissioning support for offshore projects by combining knowledge, innovation and experience with engineering solutions and equipment provision.

The Role:

The role will report to the AR Lead and liaise with members of the finance team in respect of day-to-day assistance.

In addition, you will liaise with business project leads and credit control.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for raising of sales invoices and sending/uploading to customers
Processing of sales documents within the accounting system, ensure ledger coding is accurate and complete
Maintain monthly reports and reconciliations
Support with internal/external audit requirements
Assistance with intercompany netting
From time to time may be required to perform other duties as determined by your abilities
To ensure principal consideration is given to personal health and safety
To ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is used in accordance with Adhere to company health and safety policies

Skills & Qualifications:
