Our established Ipswich based client is looking for anAccount Support Executive to continue their growth into 2023.
You'll be using your CRM skills to manage account details, working closely with client data to make sure everything is up to date and make life easier for the sales team.
Your keen eye for detail will be well used to ensure the pricing list is up to date.You'llget to work closely with clients to make sure they get the branding and design of machines that they want, using your customer service skills to always put them first and make sure they feel heard.
You'll communicate with both internal and external stakeholders,so you'll get to work with people regularly and come together as a team to always achieve the best outcome.
You'll be provided with plenty of benefits, such as:- £28,000p.a. salary with a discretionary quarterly bonus.
- 22 days of annual leave + bank holidays.
